Associate Operating Room Assistant

Full time 1.0 FTE, day shift weekdays and weekends at Providence Medford Medical Center. Functions as a member of the surgical team under the direct supervision and direction of the registered perioperative nurse. The Perioperative Aide assists in the OR function by cleaning and preparing operating rooms, safely transporting patients, retrieving and decontaminating equipment, stocking general supplies, and may provide limited patient care by assisting with opening supplies before surgery.

• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

• Recent healthcare and/or operating room experience.
