We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) who specializes in working with the pediatric population.

Job Type

Full-time or part-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant at Medford, Oregon

Full‑time: 40 hours per week. Flexible work options are open to individuals seeking fewer hours.

Base Pay Rate
  • Full time: $52,275.00–$74,768.06 annually, based on experience.
  • Part time: $38.74–$56.81 per client hour, based on experience.

Qualifications
  • Certified Occupational Assistant degree from an accredited college or university.
  • State of Oregon Certified Occupational Assistant Therapy License.
  • CPR certification.
  • Previous experience working in pediatrics, preferred.
  • Ability to utilize a play‑based approach.
  • Knowledge or ability to learn safe use of suspension systems and therapy equipment.
  • Comfortable sharing spaces, limited individual treatment rooms.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • High levels of professional accountability and ethical standards.
Responsibilities
  • Implement treatment plans and administer individualized therapy services.
  • Complete all client treatment notes and reports in a timely manner, meeting all insurance, supervision, and licensure requirements.
  • Provide consistent home activities and caregiver education to support therapy goals.
  • Collaborate with members of the client’s care team.
  • Provide guidance and support resources to clients and their families.

Six clinics are located in the Portland metro area (Oregon City, Northeast Portland, Hillsboro, McMinnville, Wilsonville, and Clackamas). One in Medford with our partner, Medford Children’s Therapy. Together these clinics provide more than 800 client visits each week.
