• 10hr/day split schedule (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri) or 5 days/wk 8hr/day

• Average 20 patients per day, up to 24

• Primary care clinic serving substance abuse and mental illness

• 30 min scheduled appointments morning, walk-ins afternoon

• Float between 2 clinic locations

• Gender affirming care, IUD/Nexplanon insertions, pap smears

• Substance abuse disorders including buprenorphine experience

• 2 years NP/PA experience required
