Residential Care Associate

Columbia Care Services is seeking a dedicated Residential Assistant Administrator to join our team. As a non-profit leader in mental health services, we provide comprehensive residential treatment, supported housing, and psychiatric services with a focus on recovery and empowerment. The Residential Assistant Administrator will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of our residential facilities, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance are met, and that our services effectively support the needs of those with mental health challenges.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Residential Administrator in overseeing the operation of residential treatment facilities.
• Ensure facility compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and quality standards.
• Support the implementation of treatment plans and monitor the progress of residents.
• Coordinate staff schedules, training, and evaluations.
• Assist in budget preparation and expense management.
• Address and resolve any issues related to residents' care and safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation of operations, resident care, and regulatory compliance.
• Foster a compassionate environment by providing support and advocacy for residents.
