We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance RN to lead and support quality initiatives within a healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Assessing, evaluating, and supporting compliance with CMS, TJC, and other accreditation standards.
- Collaborating with physician leaders and management to develop, implement, and monitor quality improvement projects.
- Facilitating performance improvement efforts and acting as a mentor for department teams.
- Serving as a resource for quality activities, peer reviews, and educational programs related to accreditation and resource utilization.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing and Oregon RN license.
- Minimum of 5 years clinical and hospital experience, with demonstrated leadership and effective communication skills.
- Experience with diverse patient populations and care models.
- Master’s degree in Nursing, Public Health, or Healthcare Administration.
- Adult medical-surgical experience.
