We are actively hiring for our Southern Oregon clinics in Talent, Medford, Central Point, and Grants Pass

At One Peak Medical, we blend evidence-based primary care with Functional Medicine to focus on root causes, not rushed visits. With 20 clinics across Oregon and continued growth, we’re looking for Primary Care Providers who want meaningful patient relationships, strong clinical support, and real work-life balance.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active Oregon license as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or AGNP-PC), PA-C, MD, or DO (or eligibility to obtain)
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or relevant specialty
• Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Proficient with electronic health records (Next Gen experience a plus)
