Associate Systems Analyst - Enterprise Applications(ITS Ent)

Salary Range: $31.25 - $39.07

The Associate Systems Analyst for Enterprise Applications supports the analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-level applications. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates who are early in their careers or transitioning into IT and application support roles. Working under the guidance of senior analysts and technical leads, this position will participate in projects, help gather and document requirements, assist in testing and troubleshooting, and contribute to the effective use of enterprise applications across the organization.

• Experience is not required but 1-3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role with enterprise applications (e.g., Infor, UKG, Hyland, Open Text, Service Now) is preferred
• Exposure to enterprise application architecture and integration is required

Basic familiarity with the following is preferred:

• Electronic Health Record (EHR) Systems (e.g., Epic)
• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems (e.g., Infor)
• Enterprise Document Management Systems (e.g., Hyland, MHC)
• Enterprise Digital Fax Solutions (e.g., Open Text)
• Workforce Management Systems (e.g., UKG)
• Database Management Systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle Database)
• Business Intelligence Tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Project Management Software (e.g., Service Now, JIRA)

• Bachelor's degree required in mathematics, computer science, information science or a related field or equivalent in education and/or experience is required
