DescriptionSeeking a Help Desk Support Technician Tier 1 to join our friendly, hardworking team in Medford, OR. Looking for a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, feedback-rich environment. Dependable, honest, eager to learn, and committed to service. Excellent learning and growth opportunity.
- Deliver high-quality technical support - 85% technical, 15% operations
- Manage and resolve help desk tickets
- Troubleshoot networking, Windows OS, cloud issues – 365, Active Directory, Azure/Entra, Group Policy
- Documentation, continual improvement
Onsite Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm - 40 hours/week (1 hour unpaid lunch)

Requirements- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IT help desk or technical support roles.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows OS, networking issues, and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and basic cloud systems such as Azure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of service desk ticketing systems and IT documentation processes.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
