Pacific Office Automation is currently seeking a Master Field Service Technician skilled in repairing and maintaining Konica Minolta & Ricoh production printers for our Medford, Oregon office. The ideal candidate is self‑driven, service‑oriented, detail‑oriented, and capable of multi‑tasking.

• Perform a full range of repairs and service procedures on high‑speed digital copiers/printers, full‑color copiers/printers, and facsimiles.
• Diagnose, install, troubleshoot, modify, update software, and retrofit a wide range of production machines (Canon, Oce, Ricoh, etc.).
• Provide high‑quality technical support and expertise, completing each service call according to service agreements and requirements.
• Effectively complete all territory assignments and develop options to resolve unexpected problems.
• Participate in training to remain up‑to‑date with new products and procedures.
• Serve as specialist service support for other field service technicians on unresolved technical problems/issues.
• Provide technician support to sales team members to maximize equipment leads and upgrade opportunities.
• Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience servicing and repairing production‑level office equipment such as copiers, printers, fax machines, and mailing machines is highly preferred.
• Canon certifications are beneficial.
• Strong computer knowledge.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and mechanical/electrical skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows 10 applications.
• Highly motivated and capable of working independently in the field.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; a company car will be provided.
