Chiro First Alliance is seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and results-driven Director of Operations to oversee the daily operations of our growing multidisciplinary healthcare organization.
This executive leadership position is responsible for providing operational oversight for multiple clinic locations, supervising Office Managers and clinic leadership, driving organizational performance, and ensuring exceptional patient experiences across all departments. Our multidisciplinary organization includes Chiropractic, Medical, Behavioral Health, Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, and other wellness services.
The ideal candidate is an experienced healthcare operations leader with a proven track record of leading multiple teams, improving operational performance, developing leaders, and successfully managing change in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Position SummaryThe Director of Operations serves as a key member of the leadership team and is responsible for overseeing the operational success of multiple clinic locations. This role provides direct supervision to Office Managers and other clinic leaders while partnering closely with providers and executive leadership to ensure organizational goals are achieved.
The Director of Operations will develop leaders, improve operational efficiency, monitor financial performance, implement best practices, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and exceptional patient care.
Primary Responsibilities- Directly supervise Office Managers
- Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop high-performing leaders.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.
- Lead organizational change initiatives and promote employee engagement.
- Assist with succession planning and leadership development.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple clinic locations.
- Standardize workflows, policies, and procedures across all clinics.
- Identify operational challenges and implement sustainable solutions.
- Ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional customer service.
- Monitor staffing levels and coordinate operational support across clinics.
- Oversee compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, state regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor clinic productivity and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze operational and financial reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with leadership to achieve revenue goals while managing expenses.
- Improve front office performance, scheduling efficiency, collections, and patient retention.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on organizational growth initiatives.
- Lead operational projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Support new clinic openings, service line expansion, and organizational development.
- Develop and implement scalable operational systems.
- Build strong relationships with providers, managers, and support departments.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience .
- Minimum 3 years managing multiple managers, departments, or clinic locations .
- Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and operational performance.
- Experience with practice management software and Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proven ability to lead through change while maintaining a positive culture.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between clinic locations as needed.
