** The Print Technician plays a critical role in bringing Lithia & Driveway’s marketing and operational materials to life. This hands-on position is responsible for producing accurate, high-quality print materials on tight timelines while maintaining consistency with brand standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and thrives in a production environment where quality, efficiency, and craftsmanship matter. You’ll work closely with Project Managers to review orders, operate print and finishing equipment, and ensure every job is completed to specification and on schedule.###

** What You'll Do
*** Operate the
** Xerox Versant 180 press
** for core production needs
* Produce all
** wide format print items**, ensuring accuracy and quality
* Review print orders upon receipt and track jobs from inception to completion
* Maintain and manage a
** weekly print production schedule
*** Cut, package, and ship completed orders accurately and efficiently
* Finish and assemble small production jobs, including signs and labels
* Hand trim materials using rotary or guillotine cutters
* Assemble printed components with precision and care
* Perform quality control checks on all finished products
* Organize, file, proofread, and QC production artwork
* Apply vinyl graphics to foam boards, sandwich boards, and similar substrates
* Provide creative solutions for special or custom project requirements
* Perform other duties as assigned###

* Preferred experience with:  + Reading and executing work orders  + Packaging and shipping  + Vinyl application  + Digital print presses  + General manufacturing or finishing equipment (folders, drills, laminators, cutters, etc.)
