Physical Requirements

• Standing or walking on concrete surface throughout entire shift.
• Performing repetitive tasks such as bending, twisting, and use of hands, wrists, and arms.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs continuously throughout shift.
• Honest and respectful communication.
• Compliance with company attendance standards.
• Complete safety training and become certified to operate double walkie‑rider pallet movers.
• Safety‑sensitive position, subject to initial and follow‑up drug testing.

• Use RF gun/scanner to input data into Warehouse Management System.
• Build pallets according to storage specifications ensuring pallet pattern meets all requirements.
• Ensure quality assurance and vendor compliance specifications are met.
• Physically stack and un‑stack pallets.
• Support the shipping line with a constant flow of product or removal.
• Read SKU numbers and sort product by size/SKU of box to prepare it for loading.
• Safely operate double walkie‑rider pallet mover.
• Perform pre‑shift stretching exercises (5‑10 minutes).
• Perform other duties and work in other departments as assigned.
• Work in the warehouse environment including cool and freezer environment (0–30°F).
