Materials Coordinator

The Materials Coordinator assists in ordering components to support production schedules, returning materials to the warehouse and general housekeeping. SAP/EWM training will be provided. Receiving finished gift into EWM, keeping accurate records of finished gifts produced on the Pear lines and sending a daily production report.

• Label and barcode products moving to and from the warehouse.
• Accurately prepare, count, and record inventory transactions using RF devices.
• Support production operations as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Operate forklift and material-handling equipment as required (training/certification provided as applicable).
• Work on the production floor during slower operational periods.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Must be able to withstand a production environment with exposure to dust, fumes, varying temperatures and noise.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds. Other physical activities include bending, lifting, and twisting, walking, climbing stairs, repetitive wrist movement, standing for full shift.
• Must be flexible with regard to schedule and job assignments. Hours and days may change based on production needs. Weekend and OT possible.
• Must follow Food Safety and Sanitation Requirements.

Day Shift:

January-August

Mon-Fri 6:30am-3:00pm

Swing Shift:

August-December

Mon-Fri 3:30pm-12:00am
