• Hourly Pay: $23.00/hour
• Shift Pay Differential (swing, grave, roto + $0.85 - $1.05/hour depending on shift)

After 90 days, high- performing team members may have opportunities to advance with a pay increase to $24.59/hour. Other pathways include increased responsibility, additional training and skill development including Electrician, Boiler and Millwright apprenticeship opportunities based on business needs and performance.

• Performing production duties in a fast-paced, modern industrial environment
• Cleanup/housekeeping and maintaining a safe, organized work area
• Following all safety requirements, policies, and supervisor directions
• Completing physically demanding work as needed to support operations

• Safety- and team-oriented with a demonstrated consistent work history and/or education
• Ability to follow directions and adhere to high safety standards
• Willing and available to work weekends and any shift
• Must be 18 years or older

• Previous experience in a physically demanding maintenance, production, or manufacturing role
