Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health
Location:
Medford, OR 97504
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)
Pay rate: $66 - $72/hr W2

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health conditions in their homes.
- Develop individualized care plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician recommendations.
- Provide education to patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, including assessments, interventions, and progress notes.
- 1+ year of RN experience.
- Must have experience in Home Health.
- Valid RN License.
