RN Manager - Perioperative FTE

Overview

RN Manager – Perioperative at Providence Medford Medical Center is a 1.0 FTE full‑time position. The role is responsible for the 24/7 operations of defined unit(s), ensuring quality of care, leading teams of caregivers, engaging caregivers, and developing effective care delivery while sustaining inter‑professional relationships.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Oregon Registered Nurse License (upon hire)
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association (upon hire)
• At least 5 years of nursing experience with progressive leadership roles

• Master's Degree in related field
• Formal coursework or training in management, finance, or other administrative subjects
• National certification from a recognized professional organization in relevant clinical expertise (upon hire)
• Management experience

The position offers a base pay range of $60.82 to $96.01 per hour, with potential additional compensation such as shift differentials, on‑call, overtime, premiums, and bonus opportunities. Eligible external hires may receive a sign‑on bonus of $10,000.
