RN Manager - Emergency Services (Full Time)

Position is 1.0 FTE full time position working during weekdays and weekends on a day shift at Providence Medford Medical Center.

Eligible for a sign‑on bonus of $10,000. Eligible external hires must meet the required qualifications and conditions for payment.

The RN Manager provides leadership to Emergency Services, Clinical Decision Unit and Trauma, as well as direction and guidance in planning, program development, quality management, re‑design and re‑organization, team development and operational efficiencies. The RN Manager participates as a member of the Leadership Council, promotes collaboration with hospital departments, and reflects the Providence Health System philosophy and mission.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Oregon Registered Nurse License (upon hire)
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association (upon hire)
• 5 years of experience at the supervisory/nurse manager level

• Master's Degree
• Emergency Nurse Certification (upon hire)
• 5 years of experience in Emergency Services

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
