RN: ICU​/CCU​/Critical Care

Job Description:

Join our team as a Registered Nurse for a travel ICU/IMCU contract in Medford, Oregon—supporting a primary ICU that handles a wide range of critical care needs (with the notable exception of hearts). This 12-hour night assignment is built around strong unit workflow and hands‑on bedside leadership, using the nursing process to deliver skilled, compassionate care for assigned patients.

You’ll work in an environment equipped with ventilators, IV pumps, and a Level 1 Rapid fluid infuser, operating within Epic as the EMR. The position emphasizes critical care experience and confidence with advanced therapies, including vasoactive medication titration, long‑term ventilated patient management, and swan ganz catheter experience. ICU‑to‑IMCU and other critical care floating may occur, with additional support expectations if you’re temporarily assigned to med‑surg as a resource nurse (up to 3 patients when floating).

A thorough 24‑hour critical care orientation covers ICU, IMCU, and CCU, including required training so you can hit the ground running during your first week.
