Union Position | FTE: 0.9 | Full Time | 1st Shift
- Days Patterned

Shift Differentials
  • $2.50 extra for working 3:00pm - 11:00pm
  • $10.00 extra for working 11:01pm and 7:00am
  • $2.50 extra for working weekends

Critical Care Opportunities
  • Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU): 16 beds, 24‑hour operation, private rooms with cameras, caring for patients with sepsis, renal failure, respiratory distress, etc.
  • Intensive Care Unit (ICU): 24 beds, neuro‑ortho focus, offers invasive monitoring, continuous renal replacement therapy, ventilation therapies, and trauma management.
  • Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU): 24 beds, coronary care including CABG, valve replacements, heart failure, and rescue devices.
What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop an individual’s care plan.
  • Respond to life‑saving situations as a member of the rapid response and code team.
  • Utilize advanced nursing skills to care for critically ill patients at high risk of life‑threatening conditions.
  • Demonstrate organizational skills in the delivery of nursing care with flexibility and willingness to adjust priorities.
  • Become part of an impressive, well‑recognized critical care team delivering excellent patient care.
Qualifications Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
Experience
  • Previous acute care experience required.
  • Basic arrhythmia proficiency required.
  • Previous critical care experience preferred.
  • New Graduate RNs within 6 months of licensure may be considered without prior experience requirements.
Licensure / Certifications
  • RN:
    Registered Nurse licensed by the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) required upon start.
  • BLS:
    Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certified through AHA required upon start.
  • ACLS:
    Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support required upon start for all critical care units.
Preferred Certifications
  • CCRN‑A:
    Critical Care Registered Nurse – Adult (for ICU and CCU)
  • CNRN:
    Certified Neuroscience Registered Nurse (for ICU and IMCU)
  • PCCN:
    Progressive Care Certified Nurse (for IMCU)
  • SCRN:
    Stroke Certified Registered Nurse (for ICU and IMCU)
  • TCRN:
    Trauma Certified Registered Nurse (for ICU and IMCU)
  • WCC:
    Wound Care Certified (for ICU, IMCU, and CCU)
