RN - Day Surgery FTE

RN – Day Surgery at Providence Medford Medical Center is a 0.9 FTE full‑time position working during weekdays and weekends on a day shift.

The position is eligible for a sign‑on bonus of $12,000 for external hires that meet the required qualifications.

Provide day‑surgery nursing care, collaborate with surgical teams, manage patient assessments, assist in pre‑operative and post‑operative care, maintain patient safety and quality standards.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
• National Provider BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience.

• Base pay range: $53.41 – $80.45 per hour.
• Additional compensation: shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, bonus opportunities.
