At Addictions Recovery Center (ARC), we provide trauma‑informed, medically monitored withdrawal management services that prioritize safety, dignity, accountability, and compassionate care. The Clinical Nursing Supervisor (RN) will provide leadership, clinical oversight, and patient care for ARC's Withdrawal Management nursing services, supporting staff development, workflow coordination, quality assurance, clinical consistency, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective, patient‑centered care.

What You'll Do

Your work focuses on supporting safe, consistent, trauma‑informed nursing operations within a medically monitored withdrawal management setting.

  • Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and oversight to LPN and Lead LPN staff
  • Support nursing staff through coaching, mentorship, accountability, and ongoing development
  • Help ensure adherence to nursing standards, medical protocols, documentation expectations, and regulatory requirements
  • Provide nursing services and clinical care coordination support while strengthening and expanding integrated care coordination processes across programs
  • Collaborate with providers, leadership, and multidisciplinary teams to support continuity of care and positive patient outcomes
  • Review nursing documentation, medication practices, workflows, and clinical processes to support quality and consistency
  • Assist with staffing coordination, scheduling support, and operational coverage planning
  • Support onboarding, training, and retention efforts for nursing staff
  • Respond to operational concerns, incidents, and clinical escalations with professionalism and sound judgment
  • Promote a structured, trauma‑informed environment that supports both patient stabilization and staff success
  • Reinforce professional communication, teamwork, and organizational values across the department
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, nursing standards, and ARC policies and procedures
  • Provide direct patient care as needed to support safe operations and continuity of services
Required Qualifications

Current Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Demonstrated nursing leadership or supervisory experience in a medical, behavioral health, or withdrawal management setting
  • Strong understanding of trauma‑informed care, crisis intervention, and medically monitored withdrawal management services
  • Ability to provide clinical oversight, coaching, mentorship, and accountability to nursing staff
  • Strong communication, delegation, conflict resolution, and decision‑making skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams and maintain a professional leadership presence
  • Knowledge of nursing standards, medication management practices, clinical documentation, and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Strong organizational and operational management skills, including workflow oversight, staffing coordination, and performance monitoring
  • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR), documentation systems, scheduling platforms, and Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in substance use disorder treatment, withdrawal management, behavioral health, or addiction medicine
  • Trauma‑Informed Care certification
  • Specialized training in addiction medicine, behavioral health, or mental health services
  • Experience supporting quality improvement initiatives, staff development, and clinical workflow implementation
  • Certified Nurse Manager and Leader (CNML), Certified in Addiction Nursing (CARN), or similar leadership/clinical certifications
  • Spanish bilingual preferred
