Lead Medication Technician

Prestige Care - 3150 Juanipero Way - Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operation of the medication room and medication services as directed by Health Services Director and in accordance with physician orders and state regulations;
Process physician medication and treatment orders in accordance with state regulations;
Administer and assist with the self-administration of routine and non-routine medications per physician orders;
Maintain accurate records of medication and treatment services provided or omitted, including controlled substances;
Report and record changes in resident condition and incidents to HSD and family as directed, and complete incident forms
