Providence Hospice and Home Services is seeking an on-call per-diem Registered Nurse to travel to patients in Jackson and Josephine counties. Under supervision, you will provide direct and indirect quality end-of-life care following the nursing process and Nurse Practice Act, while coordinating with the care team to ensure patient comfort and family support.
Required Oregon RN license and BLS (American Heart Association) at hire, with 1 year medical/surgical experience and EOL care experience
