• Perform patient assessments and medical histories related to urological health
• Assist with diagnostic procedures and treatments under physician supervision
• Provide patient education and post-treatment care instructions
• Document patient interactions accurately in electronic health records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Support the urology team during procedures and outpatient clinic activities

• Required: Valid Oregon license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Preferred: Urology experience or strong interest in urology specialty
• Key skills include excellent communication, attention to detail, and compassionate patient care
