Must have leadership experience in home health and be a registered nurse.

Compensation: $95,000 to $115,000 per year.

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

• Must possess home health RN leadership experience
• Experience working with CMS quality metrics

• Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
• Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations

• Responsible for quality support of assigned region to include Northern California, Oregon and Washington State to include star ratings, CMS quality metrics
• Provide survey support
• Perform annual quality audit onsite at each location
