American Traveler is seeking an experienced Home Health RN with OR licensure to support an HCHB Point Care EMR transition, serving as a preceptor for travelers and staff during go-live.

• Home Health setting supporting Providence Oregon locations
• Day shift, Monday through Friday, 5x8 hours (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
• Three weeks of HCHB Point Care education prior to go-live (Tuesday-Thursday in-person, Monday and Friday virtual)
• Three weeks of on-site implementation support during go-live
• Serve as a preceptor providing real-time guidance to travelers and staff
• Minimal bedside care expected, aside from potential ride-along support during implementation

• Active RN license (Oregon license pending is acceptable)
• At least one year of Home Health experience required
• HCHB Point Care/mobile app experience preferred but not required for RNs
• Tech-savvy with strong reliability and interpersonal skills

• Opportunity to gain experience with HCHB, precepting, EMR implementation, and AI-supported tools
• No RTO accepted for this short contract
• First-time travelers may be considered depending on experience level
