Description Overview

The Sales Porter supports the sales team by maintaining vehicle presentation, organizing inventory, and assisting customers during the sales process. This position helps ensure the dealership’s lot and showroom remain clean and welcoming.

Responsibilities
  • Move vehicles to and from the showroom and lot
  • Wash and fuel vehicles for delivery and display
  • Assist customers during vehicle pick-up and test drives
  • Maintain lot organization and assist with inventory placement
  • Support sales staff with various tasks as needed
  • Report any vehicle damage or maintenance needs

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Lot Porter to join our dynamic team at Kia Medford. As a Lot Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the organization and cleanliness of our dealership lot, providing exceptional support to our sales and service departments, and contributing to an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the dealership lot by organizing vehicles and ensuring they are displayed neatly and attractively.
  • Assist in moving, parking, and retrieving vehicles as needed.
  • Keep the lot and showroom areas clean and free of debris.
  • Assist in preparing vehicles for customer delivery.
  • Support the sales and service departments with various tasks as requested.
  • Maintain inventory records and perform routine vehicle checks.
  • Ensure the dealership lot is well-lit and secure during non-business hours.
  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
