What You’ll Do as an Assistant Manager:
Managerially assist in the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Your role includes leading the store toward success and supporting associates through mentorship and training.
Responsibilities- Assist in hiring, training, and managing store associates.
- Monitor financial performance and work to achieve store financial goals.
- Maintain and elevate guest service standards across all store operations.
- Implement store policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Provide leadership and support to team members, fostering professional growth.

- High school diploma required.
- Flexibility to work in a store within a 50‑mile radius.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Serve Safe certified.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours, and reach 36 inches on counters.
- Ability to work in fast‑paced, noisy environments with limited storage space.
- Effective verbal communication skills and conflict resolution abilities.
- Adaptability to dynamic environments with changing priorities.
Workplace often includes hot steam, steam table and food vapors. Employees are expected to remain standing for long periods and work under hot, noisy conditions with limited storage and high shelving. Fast‑paced, dynamic environment with high customer service expectations.
