Personal Shopper; In-Store

Role summary

Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pickup. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Online order fillers and delivery associates get to shop for our customers and select items in all departments to fill online orders. This position is fast paced and involves dispensing orders to customers while engaging them in conversation throughout the process. The pace can be intense in evenings, on weekends, and during holiday seasons. You may need to balance helping online customers with assisting in-store customers.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and, in certain circumstances, premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed, and multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
