Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide clear, accurate information about products and services;
Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter expert of their area of the store;
Serves as a go-to expert in designated process categories, ensuring smooth execution and high productivity;
Upholds company merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans, signage requirements, price changes, and inventory presentation;
Promotes and drives customer participation in company programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and private label enrollment
