Sales Management Trainee

Revolutionary Management works hand-in-hand with some of the biggest retailers in the world to offer their customers a unique shopping experience. Revolutionary Management engages the customer in learning about our client’s various products and services, while also giving each customer the right information to help make the best decision for them or their family. These campaigns happen in-store and dramatically increase sales for our clients products and services.

Our marketing & sales firm is looking for a Sales Management Trainee to grow with our company.

This position reports directly to the Marketing Manager, and will be responsible for taking on a variety of tasks that allow for the successful completion of targeted marketing campaigns.

• Assist in monitoring active marketing programs and developing ways to improve those campaigns
• Submit ideas for experimental marketing programs designed to enhance and grow the company’s brand
• Work closely with the in-store display development teams to design materials to be installed on retail sales floors
• Gain experience managing and developing a sales team

• Familiarity with a retail environment is a plus
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
