Part-Time HP Retail Sales Associate. Pay: $18.50 per hour.

Schedule:

Up to 15 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday preferred; flexible Friday options may be available based on location needs.

HP and 2020 Companies have partnered to hire an HP Retail Sales Associate in your area. In this role, you will assist in driving sales and creating buzz and excitement around the HP brand and products in local big‑box retailers and surrounding office supply stores.

• Demonstrate HP products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their ideal needs.
• Build rapport with customers and maintain professional relationships with store management and employees.
• Engage customers by creating a memorable experience.
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness.
• Report competitive insights.
• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers and fellow employees.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Court customers and offer assistance.
• Direct customers to displays; assess needs and suggest suitable products.
• Advise customers by providing information on products and services.
• Help customers make selections by building confidence.
• Accurately document and report sales.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Accurately track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
• Ensure workstation/kiosk is clean, well‑organized, functional and presentable at all times.
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
• Be a problem‑solving, tech‑savvy enthusiast.
• Have an outgoing personality and be eager to learn.
• Be comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products with training.
• Ability to engage in a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs.
• Retail experience or customer service experience in electronics, tech, or wireless is a plus.
• Training or product demonstration experience is a plus.
• 1‑year job experience required.

• Next‑day pay on‑demand with Daily Pay.
• Friday + Saturday & Sunday availability.
