Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

Route Service Representatives enjoy:

• You are the face of Cintas to customers and must build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations

Required

• Active driver’s license
• At least 21 years of age
• DOT medical certification
• Documentation of previous employment
• Meet DOT requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
