** What You'll Do:
** Perform the steps for the process of restoring, repairing, and upgrading used or worn-out equipment to a condition that resembles its original state.
*
* Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

*** Frequent use of welders and cutting tools.
* Safe use of air tools to remove built up concrete.
* Disassemble and reassembly of sheet metal components on ready-mix trucks
* Properly assemble and install hydraulic hoses.
* Removal and installation of wiring harnesses.
* Ability to charge out inventory related parts and supplies.
* Frequently work independently or in a team environment.
* Installation of hydraulic pumps and cylinders.
* Communicate with all managers on a regular basis as to needs, status and issues.
* practice good housekeeping, health, and safety standards per OSHA regulations.
* Drive a variety of equipment and transporting equipment as needed.
* Maintain effective working relationships with company employees, suppliers, and customers. Promote and maintain the professional image and reputation of the company and ensure timely problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
* Other duties as assigned by management.

* Qualifications & Requirements:

*** Must have good mechanical aptitude.
* Minnesota commercial Driver’s license or the ability to obtain one, within 1 year of employment. (Company sponsored)
* DOT Medical Card.
* Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
* Must have good mechanical knowledge.
* Basic computer skills.
* Experience/understanding of safe shop practices. Maintain good customer relationships, both internal and external.
* Maintain a positive attitude with all employees.

Pay: $25.00 -$30.00 per hour
