Lube Technician

Dealership: L0316 Crater Lake Ford. Pay Rate:
Starting at $17.00 per flat‑rate hour.

Schedule:

Tuesday - Saturday.

• Perform work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose the cause of malfunctions.
• Complete all work according to applicable safety requirements.
• Road‑test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Accurately record time spent on repairs utilizing company time‑clocking procedures.
• Document work performed on the repair order and record test procedures/results.
• Maintain an inventory of normal mechanical tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, socket wrenches, pliers, hammers, chisels, punches, and other special tools).
• Keep the workspace organized and clean, completing stall cleaning daily.
• Return customer vehicles as clean as they were prior to service.
• Complete all required training and maintain manufacturer and ASE certifications.
• Participate in technical training as assigned by management.
• Review technical bulletins and other publications as assigned by management.
• Communicate constructively with dealership personnel to satisfy customer needs.

• No previous experience required.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• High school graduate or equivalent; 18 years or older required.
