Job Summary

We are looking for a residential/commercial painter to join our team! You will be preparing and performing professional exterior and interior painting jobs in a residential and light commercial setting.

You are an experienced residential and/or commercial painter who’s looking to be part of an energetic and effective team. You believe in a job done right and take pride in delivering a quality service to customers. A positive attitude is a must!

Responsibilities
  • Always put safety first.
  • Interact in a friendly, professional manner with customers.
  • Positively invest in relationships with coworkers to foster an exceptional, highly productive, and drama‑free team.
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, and sanding.
  • Repair cracks/holes using spackle, caulk, putty, and drywall mud.
  • Paint by hand and spray, and demonstrate proper techniques.
  • Identify proper materials for various prep and painting applications.
  • Inspect paint jobs for quality.
  • Perform inspection/maintenance of equipment.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in residential or commercial painting and/or remodeling/home repair.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
