We are looking for a supervisory position in the aviation industry. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of aircraft maintenance and ensure compliance with company standards and FAA maintenance regulations. You will provide leadership and supervise staff on a daily basis.

• Experience with Sikorsky S-76, Airbus AS350, and/or Leonardo AW109 (at least one required)

• Compensation: $48-60 per hour ($100K-$125K annually on a 40-hour work week)

• Work with and support the Director of Maintenance on maintenance assignments.
• Ensure all appropriate documentation is complete and up-to-date.
• Read and interpret manufacturer’s maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and other specifications to determine the method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components.
• Ensure availability of materials, anticipate requirements, and reorder as needed.

• Current, valid A&P License with verifiable experience.
• High school diploma.
• High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a team environment.
• May require shift work on nights and weekends.
• Must be able to lift 70 lbs. and work in a variety of elements.
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. and pass FAA regulated drug/alcohol tests and background check.
