About the Role

Field Service Technicians deliver amazing experiences and elevated efficiency within the routine maintenance of Canon-supported products in accordance with Service and Parts Standards.

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues with required documentation, ensuring accurate information and record keeping.
• Meet customer demands by providing efficient, responsive, and accurate field/shop/on‑site maintenance.
• Properly maintain all technical information, Field Service Reports, Expense Reports, and Canon property assigned.
• Showcase strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
• Maintain the performance of assigned machines.
• Facilitate performance to help achieve the branch/district’s overall metric targets.

• High School diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Basic understanding of internet environments and ability to complete the 120‑day introductory period and the PDIF (Printing and Digital Imaging Foundations) new‑hire class.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record; ability to travel.
• Ability to obtain required security or other clearances for customer premises.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50 percent of the time.

Hourly rate: $19.00 – $26.31. Eligible for transportation allowance.
