CRMG is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform daily upkeep and cleanliness for Parkside Village Apartments in Medford, OR. You will assist with repairs across carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, and landscaping, under supervision of senior technicians.
Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of maintenance or housekeeping experience, strong time management, and ability to work independently or with a team. Must be able to lift 75 pounds and hold a valid driver's license.
