We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who specializes in working with the pediatric population. Medford Children's Therapy is looking for a full-time or part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team.

What You’ll Love- Flexible scheduling – choose 30 to 40 hours/week.
- 5+ weeks of paid time off (vacation, sick, winter break, holidays).
- Competitive salary based on experience: $79,191.67 - $/year.
- Bilingual incentive: +2–5%.

- Provide 1:1 speech and language therapy for kids and teens (ages 0–21).
- Develop individualized, play-based treatment plans.
- Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary team members.
- Share strategies and tools to support families at home.
- Keep documentation up to date (we ll help make it manageable).
- Oregon SLP license (or ability to obtain).
- CPR certification.
- Experience in pediatrics required.
- A love for kids, playful energy, and team spirit.
- Willingness to work in shared therapy spaces.
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn clinic equipment.
