The Oregon Long-Term Care Ombudsman is seeking RFO Certified Ombudsmen to advocate for residents in care homes and facilities. The role includes identifying and resolving complaints through regular in-home visits and providing direct support for individuals experiencing communication barriers.
Ideal candidates will have strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills, and must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a criminal history check. A commitment of approximately 16 hours per month is expected.
