Housing Stabilization Case Manager
We are seeking a compassionate, organized Case Manager to support Veterans, unhoused individuals and families, and others experiencing hardship or needing assistance. This position determines program eligibility, connects participants with essential resources, develops stability plans, and maintains accurate case records.

Housing Stabilization Case Manager Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $19.67 to $25.61 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
- Maintain an assigned caseload of individuals and families, including
- Veterans and unhoused participants. Interview and screen participants to determine eligibility for assistance programs.
- Help participants establish short- and long-term goals toward stability and self-sufficiency.
- Monitor progress and provide ongoing one-on-one support.
- Connect participants with housing, food, utility, emergency, and community resources.
- Maintain accurate case notes, participant files, vouchers, and database records.
- Assist with housing or personal emergencies and provide crisis support when appropriate.
Housing Stabilization Case Manager
Qualifications:
- At least one year of case management or related eligibility-determination experience.
- Experience supporting Veterans, unhoused populations, or people experiencing hardship is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills.
- Ability to maintain participant and organizational confidentiality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based database systems.
- Valid Oregon driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
