Flatbed Class A CDL Regional Driver – $5K Hiring Bonus
System Transport – Medford, OR. Apply by 6/30/2026. Full‑time, regional route.
This position is for experienced CDL‑A flatbed truck drivers who will transport goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. The driver will be home for the weekend and enjoy competitive pay and benefits.
Pay & BenefitsWeekly pay: $977.20 – $1,978.55 (depending on experience, route, attendance, and length of service) – Annual pay: $50,814.40 – $ – Flatbed rate: $0.51 – $0.79 per mile.
Additional accessorial compensation: tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, over‑dimensional pay.
$1,800 transition package (includes $1,000 for orientation). $5,000 hiring bonus for eligible ZIP codes in the Front Range (Fort Collins–Colorado Springs), paid in four quarterly installments of $1,250 over 12 months of active employment.

- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- Safe driving record
- No more than six job changes in the past three years
- At least four months of CDL‑A driving experience (1 year preferred)
- Background check, drug test, and clearinghouse check required
- Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot platform twice
- Home time: weekends (Division 272)
- Must be in eligible ZIP codes for the $5,000 bonus (Front Range) if applying for the bonus
