$5K Hiring Bonus! Flatbed CDL-A Driver, Regional Route: $903.55 - $2,021.54 per week. Most Weekends off!

System Transport is hiring experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional and OTR routes. Drivers will transport important goods and materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals.

Weekly pay: $903.55 - $2,021.54 per week. Annual pay: $46,984.82 - $ per year.

Bonus: $5,000 Hiring Bonus, payable every 90 days over a 12‑month period of active, good‑standing employment (first payment $1,250 at 90 days, second $1,250 at 180 days, third $1,250 at 270 days, fourth $1,250 at 360 days).

Additional accessorial compensation may apply (tarp, stop, detention, border crossing, safety, over‑dimensional).

$1,800 transition package. $1,000 is allotted for orientation during the first two weeks.

• Transport flatbed loads including glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals.
• Adhere to company safety protocols and maintain vehicle.
• Maintain a low incident record and meet regular attendance.
• Be physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot platform twice per day.

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Age 21 or older.
• Safe driving record.
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
• 4+ months of flatbed driving experience required (1 year preferred).
• Background check required.
• Clean drug test required.
• Clean clearinghouse result required.
• Owner/operators and inexperienced trainees (less than 4 months) are not eligible for the $5K Hiring Bonus.
