Job Summary

System Transport is hiring experienced CDL‑A flatbed truck drivers for regional routes in Medford, OR. The position offers a $5,000 hiring bonus (limited time), competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits.

• Transport goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals.
• Maintain safe driving records and adhere to company safety protocols.
• Perform vehicle inspections and report any issues.
• Meet attendance and performance standards for bonus eligibility.

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 21 years old.
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
• 4+ months of flatbed driving experience.
• Background check, drug test, and clearinghouse results must be clean.
• Physical ability to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice.
• Proof of safe driving record.
• Preferred: 1 year truck driving experience.

• Weekly pay: $903.55 – $2,021.54.
• Annual pay: $46,984.82 – $.
• Additional accessorial pay: tarp, stop, detention, border crossing, safety bonuses, over‑dimensional pay.
• Flatbed rate: $0.57 – $0.71 per mile.

Bonus: $5,000 hiring bonus paid in four $1,250 installments over 12 months (first at 90 days, next at 180, 270, and 360 days). Eligibility requires current active employment and not owner‑operators or trainees less than 4 months experience.
