Main Responsibilities- Greeting customers and ensuring they have a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles
- Performing vehicle readiness inspections to confirm tires, fluids, and other basic maintenance items are complete
- Maintaining clean and safe facilities for customers and associates
- Developing skills through training and hands‑on coaching to perform minor repairs such as installing mounted tires, replacing or rotating tires, and performing preventive maintenance repairs

- High school diploma, equivalent, or preferred prior work experience
- Valid driver’s license required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Willingness and ability to work outdoors
- Basic mechanical ability and tool usage preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Compliance with Penske management instructions, guidelines, rules, regulations, or other information
- Adherence to DOT, OSHA, and all Penske safety and maintenance policies, including proper tool use, PPE, machine guarding, and best safety practices
- Regular, predictable, full attendance essential
- Requirement to possess a current driver qualification file as dictated by DOT, including annual MVR checks, DOT Physical, Safety Performance History, and if applicable, CDL holders must complete a DOT drug screening within 30 days of start and meet FMCSA Clearinghouse requirements
- Willingness to work the required schedule, location, complete Penske employment application, pass a background screening (including criminal checks and employment and education verification), pass a drug screen and physical as required by DOT, and potential travel within a near geography for training
- Frequent movement, standing, walking, climbing, bending, and sitting for extended periods
- Use of hands daily to grasp, reach, touch, handle, and operate tools or controls
- Ability to work safely at heights using ladders and elevated platforms
- Ability to work safely in all weather conditions
- Ability to see and hear clearly to navigate the workplace safely amid moving trucks
- Capacity to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and occasionally up to 100 lbs (45 kg); ability to push/pull truck tires exceeding 100 lbs
Pay: $21.50 per hour.
Schedule:
Monday‑Friday 8:00 AM‑4:30 PM.
Second shift start times after 11 AM are eligible for a $3.00 per hour shift differential. Third shift start time after 9 PM is eligible for a $4.00 per hour shift differential.
