Required Skills:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
• Valid medical license for the state
• Proven experience in emergency medicine settings
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with trauma centers and high acuity cases
• Knowledge of telemedicine services, including telestroke and telecardiology
• Multilingual abilities
• Strong documentation and electronic health record (EHR) proficiency

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Residency training in Emergency Medicine
• Prior experience working in a busy trauma or Level Four trauma center
• Minimum of 2 years of emergency medicine practice preferred

Other Requirements:

• Availability to start on or around February 25, 2026
• Ability to work diverse shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to participate in a flexible scheduling environment
• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Travel and licensure expenses reimbursed as applicable

This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $1.00, with comprehensive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage, referral bonuses, paid sick leave in accordance with applicable laws, and additional reimbursements for licensure, certifications, travel, and related expenses.
