This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship. We are hiring Line Operators at Nestlé's Medford manufacturing facility who will directly contribute to the production of household pizza brands known and loved by American families.

What's In It For You:
  • Schedule:

    10p-6a Monday-Friday, with Saturdays as needed (3rd shift)
  • Starting hourly pay of $22.75/hr with an additional $3.00/hr on 3rd

What You'll Accomplish:

Work in multiple stations between different equipment on Assembly Lines 1-4 and in the 3 Bakeries. Monitor, inspect and weigh ingredients and product to meet specifications. Maintain pace with production and perform line duties efficiently to prevent line shutdowns. Be able to identify a quality and inferior product per requirements. Perform all back up duties as trained and assigned. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent degree preferred

Skills:

Ability to work independently or with a team with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with other team members. Willingness and ability to work with minimal temperature control, exposed to local temperature variations as well as wet and dry environment. Ability to work safely and multi-task in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment Ability to move/lift 50 lbs various times, basic math, and reading skills Prior exposure to manufacturing desired, preferably the food or beverage industry with knowledge of GMPs Pay: $22.75 per hour Bonus Eligibility:
