As an Entry-Level Crew member/General Laborer, you will:

• Assemble, stack, and move windows, doors, and related components
• Install hardware and weatherstripping on wood frames and doors using hand and power tools
• Operate saws and other equipment to cut and trim wood materials to specifications
• Use a variety of tools, including miter saws, routers, shapers, nail guns, drills, screw guns, caulking guns, utility knives, and other hand tools
• Safely work around machinery, glass, and manufacturing equipment
• Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals

• Fast-paced manufacturing environment with opportunities to learn and grow
• Repetitive lifting and material handling of up to 50 pounds
• Work in both hot and cold temperature conditions
• Overtime opportunities available based on production needs

• 1st Shift: Starting at $20.99/hour
• 2nd Shift: Starting at $22.49/hour
• Weekend Shift: Starting at $22.99/hour
