What You’ll Do:

Provide outpatient consultations and follow-ups in hematology and oncology
Oversee patient treatment plans and coordinate ongoing care
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes
Manage new patient consults and ongoing follow-up appointments
Conduct patient assessments and monitor treatment response
Document and communicate clinical findings efficiently and accurately

What You Need:

Active license in your state (NP or PA)
Prior outpatient hematology/oncology experience preferred
Strong communication and patient management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

About the Assignment:
This outpatient-only position at a leading facility in Medford, WI, involves providing dedicated hematology and oncology care with no inpatient duties, no call, and no supervisory responsibilities. The provider will focus on new consults and follow-up care, with all inpatient responsibilities handled at tertiary care centers elsewhere. Orientation is compensated at $150/hour.
